Liz Gabriel Senior Vice President Senior Vice President Liz Gabriel leads ICM’s client service, business development and marketing initiatives for the firm. With over 22 years of industry experience, Liz’s professional background includes working in sales and client relations for Concord Capital Management, a California institutional money management firm, Paine Webber Inc., and Franklin Resources. Liz is a member of ICM’s Executive Management team and a shareholder of the firm. She graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with special emphasis in financial management, and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants of America. |

Barry Menne Vice President A leader with over two decades of management and financial experience, Barry directs ICM’s business development and Client Services for high-net-worth, financial advisory and Taft-Hartley clients. Barry’s extensive financial experience includes working as an investment executive for a national brokerage firm, and as a program administrator for Eastern Washington University. He served thirteen years as an Army officer, excelling in a wide range of both national and international responsibilities. Barry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Moorhead State University. |

Tammy McLaughlin Client Services Administrator As a Client Services Administrator, Tammy McLaughlin is responsible for communicating portfolio performance results, holdings, and investment strategies to ICM’s clients and financial advisors, in addition to preparing client reports and actively responding to client-directed requests.
Tammy’s previous client relationship experience includes defined benefit and contribution plan communications, comprehensive client reporting, and detailed fund allocation monitoring. She earned an associate of arts degree from Spokane Falls Community College in Spokane, WA. |
